From your MGA Report:
Windows License Type: OEM SLP
Product Name: Windows 7 Ultimate
Unfortunately, you have a pirated, non-genuine OEM copy of Windows 7 Ultimate installed. This copy was designed only to be installed on a major computer manufacturer's computer, such as an Acer or Gateway computer. You do not have a Acer or Gateway computer. In order to fix this issue, you'll need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install". You can purchase genuine Microsoft software from the Microsoft Store.

MisterMurdoc, We don't accuse on this forum and for good reason. There are many different ways that copy of windows could have been installed, we have seen many different scenerios where the person submitting the report did not know what was installed on his computer.
