    CRM 2013 - When creating new user - I get this error - Unable to Change Domain Logon Nmae - You do not have the necessary permission to change the domain logon name for this user.

    I'm the domain admin.

    I've found this on line -

    Change AutoGroupManagementOff in (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM) from 0 to 1.

    I'm trying to find this registry, but my crm 2013 does not have this registry key.

    What security role do you have in CRM?

    If you are domain admin I am not sure that reg key will help since that only works when your user doesn't have permissions to the AD groups.
