    I have an entry in ... Windows/downloaded program files ... called: {8FFBE65D-2C9C-4669-84BD-5829DC0B603C}

    I suspect it is prohibiting my installing Flash Player on my Visat Home Premium 32-bit O/S. I have tried everything and FLASH will not install.

    Please help

    That entry in Downloaded Program Files is correct for Flash Player. If you have UAC disabled try enabling it before installing Flash Player.
