Oulook with CRM 2011 client crashes RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Looking for some help please for one of my clients.

Using Outlook 2010 and CRM 2011 - when user is using CRM outlook, without any specific action, randomly outlook will just pop up a window.  C:\Program Files (x86)\MicrosoftOffice\Office14\OUTLOOK.exe has stopped working.

When using IE or any other browser everything is fine with no errors, so it only happens when using outlook.   Below is the trace files.
