My problem sounds a lot like the firewall repair tool issue, but.... RRS feed

  • I get the two errors:

    1. ...OneCare couldn't turn on the firewall...
    2. ...OneCare couldn't install a required update...

    but, upon inspection, I see that the firewall is turned on. I try to look at the "Change Settings" screen but it can't be opened due to the dreaded unknown problem.


    I've tried the regular old logoff, power off, reboot stuff with no success.


    It all started out of the blue a couple days ago prior to which OneCare has been GREAT!
