Weird Errors with the CRM Email Router RRS feed

  • Question

  • I get this 1 every 10 min or so.  Though I did get the CRM to email out yesterday at 5:30…. After that, failure it seems.  I haven’t tested it this morning but it shouldn’t be spamming the connection for my email every 10 min.

  • "but it shouldn’t be spamming the connection for my email every 10 min"

If you have an e-mail that is in Pending Send status, the e-mail router will poll and try to send the e-mail until it either completely fails or is sent.  The error states a time-out so it is possible that the router was not able to communicate with the mail server to send the e-mail.  The router continued to try on a regular interval until it was successful.

I'm not sure that the second message is related to the e-mail router.  It looks like it might be a different issue, possibly related to a report run from machine 'UT1EQNXCRM01'.  the reference is 'invalid parameter'
