Having errors when creating Workflow RRS feed

  • Using CRM 2011 Trying to create just a basic workflow and getting errors 

    The work flow is if tile in case has a name send email to external email address. The address does have an account in CRM 

    Here is the error

    Can someone provide some insight in this matter

  • Hi,

    Your error looks to be related to custom workflow assemblies provided by C360. Try speaking to C360 if you still have a support agreement, alternatively try removing these from your deployment using the plugin registration tool which is available within the SDK  then delete and re-create your workflow.

  • I can't comment specifically on the error message, but perhaps a work around. Is the email being sent from the workflow always too the same person? Couldn't you just create that person as a contact in the CRM and add their email address to the contact. Then when you are setting up the email within the workflow set the To: to that contact?
