     hi

    i purchased a Sony vaio laptop where i had Microsoft office 2013 after a while it is asking the product key....i tried keeping the 25 digit product key available under the laptop base near the battery ......it say it is not a valid key...i called up Microsoft help center they assisted me but could not activate my office...they said i purchased it from the manufacturer so i have to call the manufacturer..then i called the Sony to fix this issue...they said to call Microsoft as i have to active Microsoft product...can some one in the field of profession assist me in this.

    highly appreciated if some one shows some efforts to fix my issue..

    The Product Key on the label under the laptop is not for Office.  It is for the Windows Operating System.  Your Office Product Key should be on the container that the installation media came in.
