Onecare subscription with online photo backup subscription RRS feed

  • After subscribing to online photo backup, my onecare subscription has been cancelled.  How come it was cancelled?  I know that online photo backup subscription is different with onecare subscription, therefore, online photo backup works hand-in-hand with the onecare subscription.  According to billing department, online photo backup automatically cancelled the subscription to onecare.  Why is that so? Can anyone explain this further to me.. cause billing doesn't.  thanks in advance

  • Obviously, that should *not* have happened.
    When did you subscribe to the Photo Backup?
    When was your original OneCare subscription originally due to expire?
    What did Billing support do to resolve your problem?
