Answers

  • 70-271 and 70-272 would lead to the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), along with MCP (passing one Microsoft exam gets you that).  See http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcdst.aspx#tab2

  • hi fabiostancati ,

If a person who has passed both exam ( 70-271 and 70-272) is considered as  " Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) " i.e

To achieve MCDST you have to pass two exams:

Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Windows XP Operating System

Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Windows XP Operating System

If you pass only single 70-270 or 70-271 you can considered as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

If a person who has  three certifications like 70-270, 70-271 and 70-272 as considered as MCDST and MCP

    Thanks
