how do I find api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1.1.1.dll RRS feed

  • trying to upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7 and I keep getting this error 0x8007007e


    I have done a sfc \scannow and it  says all is good.

    I'm lost  and now I can't do a windows update either.

    I wold like this done b4 dec.31 because it's still free.

    please help me!
