    Thanks for the reply. when you do that, you will not see a screen or anything. Could you do this for me please?

    1. Download and run the WGA Diagnostic Tool  http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. After running the WGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy" at the bottom right of the window. Paste the results into your forum response by starting a new post/thread and holding down "CTRL" and clicking "C" while still having "CTRL" held..

    dear derrick ms,

    i have done like this

    click start,click run,type wgatray.exe/b click ok no response it does not run.i run diagnosti tool it give the same answer as this trial version as genuine.

    kindly advice.
