My Vista was removed.

  Hello,

   

  I recently bought a computer that had windows vista on it.

  I was having trouble setting up my wireless network and inlisted the help of a friend.

  Unfortunately this friend was a little too "helpful" and he removed Vista replacing it with an illegal copy of Windows XP.

   

  I took the comp back to the retailer where I baught it and they are restoring the origional system at a significant cost.

   

  My question relates to getting the "freind" in question to pay for resolving the problems that he caused.

  Can someone tell me which Microsoft department deals with the instillation of illegal software in New Zealand and give me their contact details...?
