    I get the response: Live Desktop could not connect.
    Please try refreshing the page,  what can I do?

    Is this via the web browser or the client?
    Is the machine local to you on a LAN or remote?
    Any proxy server between you and the remote machine? If so, when trying to connect via the browser, that's what you'll encounter.

    Via web browser. Connecting to theLive desktop (virtual desktop), not to a remote machine. I tried from different machines and the result is the same.
