Should i stay with one care? RRS feed

  • Question

My computer advisor has told me to scrap Windows one care and use AVG and spybot.  he thinks that One care is what is slowing my computer up and that running these programs would be faster.

    what do you think?

  • It is difficult to make a recommendation without knowing anything about your computer but in my experience One Care does not use an excessive amount of resources compared to other security suites or combination of antivirus, anti spyware and firewall programs. You might ask your computer advisor if he/she is certain that One Care is causing poor performance on your computer or you can uninstall One Care, install the advisor recommended programs and see if that improves performance.
