I presume you're referring to the maintenance messages that appear in CRM Online? This might sound odd, but it's probably worth raising a suport call with the CRM Online support team. The only way that Microsoft can find out that this message is annoying
you, or that there should be a feature to permanently dismiss is, is to tell them.
