Hosted CRM Maintenance Warnings - Disable? RRS feed

    Hello,

    I've been getting a message saying that our CRM will be down for a period of time tomorrow, this pops up repeatedly in my system tray and loads as the front page anytime I log into Dynamics. I have seen it about 25 times now and would like it to stop annoying myself and my co-workers. Any way to acknowledge it as read or turn it off?

    I presume you're referring to the maintenance messages that appear in CRM Online? This might sound odd, but it's probably worth raising a suport call with the CRM Online support team. The only way that Microsoft can find out that this message is annoying you, or that there should be a feature to permanently dismiss is, is to tell them.
