  • Hello MarioAndretti,

    Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 100 Genuine
    Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 100 Genuine
    Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007 - 100 Genuine
    OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0
    Signed By: Microsoft
    Office Diagnostics: B4D0AA8B-604-645_025D1FF3-230-1_E2AD56EA-765-d003_E2AD56EA-766-0_E2AD56EA-134-80004005

    Both Office products are being reported as Genuine.

    Your Office Professional 2003 installation is showing as a Volume Licensing installation.  Please check with your organization's tech support people to ensure that the Volume Licensing Agreement covering its installation is current and valid.

    If you previously had a nongenuine installation of Office on the computer, that could be a reason for seeing a "leftover" notification, but such a leftover would be cleared easily by visiting www.microsoft.com/genuine and clicking on the Validate Office button.

    Could you visit the online diagnostics site and run the check to see if there are any settings getting in the way of a correct result:  http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/default.aspx?  Click the Start Diagnostics button on the left.

    Post back here with results.
