    How do I unsuscribe discontinue renewal process on last day of contract ?

    Is renewal automatic.

    I'm not sure why there are so many questions on the same topic, but to discountinue your renewal, follow these directions:

     

    "If you want a credit that is in your billing account to be refunded, you should refer to your service agreement. To view your service agreement, see View service agreement.  You must contact Customer Support to have a refund processed.  For more information, contact Customer Support."

     

    You can cancel your account at any time, by using the sign-in which you used to sign-up with Windows One Care.

     

    If you authorize MSN Billing to charge your credit card then you can renew your subscription automatically.
