  • Hello Melissa,

This is typically due to a very low screen resolution, I would suggest turning the resolution to a higher setting.  You may be able to press the tab key 5 times then hit enter also to select the validate button that is supposed to be visible.  Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Thank you,

  • Hello Melissa,

To follow up with Carey's post, what is the issue you are having?  From your diagnostic report your copy of Windows and Office are genuine, please include any error messages you receive so we may further assist you.

    Thank you,

  • Hey Matt

I go to open up the media player and a box pops up saying that I have to validate the player to make sure its 'genuine' even though everything else says that the copy is validated. I don't know if there is supposed to be a link in that box from which I can validate it but it only shows a cancel button.

    Thanks
