Hello Melissa,
This is typically due to a very low screen resolution, I would suggest turning the resolution to a higher setting. You may be able to press the tab key 5 times then hit enter also to select the validate button that is supposed to be visible. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hey Matt
I go to open up the media player and a box pops up saying that I have to validate the player to make sure its 'genuine' even though everything else says that the copy is validated. I don't know if there is supposed to be a link in that box from which I can validate it but it only shows a cancel button.
