  • Hi,

    I need to create a email notification (Workflow) to intimate Account owner on any activity updated in that account.

  • Hi,

    One way to accomplish this is to write separate workflows for each activity related to "Account" say phone call.

    Steps:

    1)Start When Record field changes

    2)Check condition :If Regarding (Account):Owner contains data, then 

    3)Send Email (see below Screen shot)

    4)Update From field as you need.

    5)Do it for other activities like task,email etc.
