Undelivered emails in the forward mailbox RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have the forward mailbox set up for CRM. Exchange 2007. It all works well however I have many emails in the undeliverable folder. I have tried to drop these back into the forward mailbox inbox however they just sit there. I have even tried to restart the router. How is the best way to reprocess these items?

    I think I found the resolution.

    1. stop Microsoft CRM Email Router Service

    2. Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.SystemState -> change ThresholdDate to  a previous date
    Where? D:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM Email\Service

    3. start Microsoft CRM Email Router Service
