How to re-register my auto collage RRS feed

    My auto collage was registered about a year ago why am I not able to use it anymore.  My registration number is WU4249411695 .  I can't find a way to re-register.  This is very annoying, I have had to sign in half a dozen times or more but can't get to the site that will accept my  registration number.  VERY FRUSTRATING, Microsoft has a terrible site.

    When I try to open my auto collage I get a message that says "Parameter is incorrect."   What does that mean? 

    If I need to re-register my number, where do I do that at?
