CRM 2011 to 2013 import RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to import our organisation to Dynamics CRM 2013 from 2011, I have set up a new server with new SQL instance solely for this however when I am about to start the import I get the following error, and not sure on how to resolve it:

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__#Invalid__59D49277E0EEC75E'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.#InvalidPrimaryKeys'. The duplicate key value is (SavedQueryBase, ComponentState).

    The statement has been terminated.

  • Hi,

What is the rollup version currently installed in CRM 2011 ?

Microsoft recommends that the server should be on rollup 14 (or higher) for an upgrade to CRM 2013, but rollup 6 is supported – see Installation Guide for more detail)

    Thanks,

  • Normally this indicates you have a wrong PK index name on the SavedQueryBase table. You can check with the out of box environment then change the PK name to the right one. Then it should go through it.
