So, we see server-side sync with Exchange to be a major improvement over Outlook add-in, however has anyone a solution for promoting outlook email to CRM in this scenario, e.g. send to special queue or something? Thanks
to track emails you will still need to use the outlook client and the track in crm button. This is a assuming its a new email that was not originated in CRM.
Is there a workaround for promoting emails to CRM when using Server-Side-Sync - like forwarding to a users own queue to allow them to manually set regarding or something?
