Setting up Back Up Configuration RRS feed

     I have added a new comouter to my One Care plan, I have tuned up the new computer . Its asking me to set up the configuration of the new PC. I set the back up to swchedule tune up time t6hen ask where I will store the back up. Using the PC DVD RW disk when i select this it askes for my network I select my new computer EMACHINE 7AF6B( comes up with error and closes . Need help setting up this new PC on my OneCare network

    Arthur, if you wish to backup only this PC to its own CD/DVD drive, you must configure it at that PC. It will not backup automatically, but will prompt you for when backup is due. Since the backup plan is asking you for network and you are selecting the computer name, I suspect that you are not selecting backup for a single PC, but centralized backup for all PCs, which cannot be done to a CD/DVD. You must use a network Share or external hard drive connected to the Hub PC to use this option.
