    I have a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6905 Windows Vista Home Premium. I have been having trouble with trying to download & remove programs. Sometimes I get a pop up saying "The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed. I have checked for that program & it doesn't seem to be downloaded. So what can I do to fix this issue?
