Media Player for Windows 7 cannot read and play MP3 files on CD Rom/language lessons/ RRS feed

    I recentley purchased Instant Emmerson Italian.The package has 6 CD's with lessons,1 DVD,1game DVD, and MP3/iPod Audio Disc.The problem I run in to with this MP3 audio disc,trying to download to my Sansa Fuse player. The  media player for Windows 7 plays it only if I open it and push play,and  after couple of days trying I drug the content of  that Audio Disc to Sansa but it went to music not to AudioBooks,as I thought it will go to. People from Sansa kept telling me how to download music , but that  Disc is different it does not plays like regular music CD. Is there any easier way to transfer thos lessons to Sansa?on the disc itself says iPod so it's for iTunes,but I have Sansa Fuse.Please HELP...
