Knowledge Base on Activity Wall RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have created come KB Articles and published them. However When I go to a case and search for the KB article from the activity wall it keeps coming back with No results found. Is there another setting that I am missing?

  • Upgrade to 2016 sp1 and it will work - remember to activate changing language when sesrching also
