windows validation errror, but i have a valid copy!!! HELP!

my computer locked up and i cannot even access desktop. says windows vista is invalid...when it isn't. bought computer directly from DELL with receipt to prove it. read on earlier thread to run validation, but wont run fully. here is the diagnostic thing i saw on other threads...what's the deal? i get "security processor error" any help would be appreciated.

i cant unistall or do anything. i dont have desktop access. only limited browser capability.
any ideas how to unistall antivirus....i have avast btw....
