my computer locked up and i cannot even access desktop. says windows vista is invalid...when it isn't. bought computer directly from DELL with receipt to prove it. read on earlier thread to run validation, but wont run fully. here is the diagnostic thing
i saw on other threads...what's the deal? i get "security processor error" any help would be appreciated.
