DOM/ListBox/Office Live Guru

I need help with a couple of things:

a) I need someone who knows the DOM, Office Live Architecture and the ListBox object thoroughly.
b) how to tell the MS Office Live dev team that they have a huge bug in their custom forms app in such a way that they will actually respond and fix it so a) is unnecessary.
