Cant create new Entity. "Contact your Systemadmin..." RRS feed

  • Hello,

     

    i tried to create a new entity by clicking the New-button on the Costumize Entities Page.

    But when i tried to save the new entity i get the error "please contact your systemadministrator for more information" or something like this.

    The problem is that I am the Systemadmin.

    Can anyone tell me whats the problem in this case? Or maybe where CRM saves his Logfiles to get more information.

  • Are you using 3.0 or 4.0?

     

    In 3.0, this was a common problem.  You may have to bump your OleDbtimeout value.  Also, sometimes trying a 2nd time works as the code bits have already been cached.
