How Do I Find Threads I Started? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I wanted to refer back to a thread I started quite a while ago.  The My Threads link lists all threads I participated in.  How do I get a list of the threads I started?

    According to this

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vbgeneral/thread/436c0821-e7a7-4ba6-8a0a-b34b0ec37ba6/

    you would search with this

    meta:Search.MSForums.ThreadStarterUserName(saberman)

    Seems to work.

    FYI

  • No good way to do this yet. You can try Robert's suggestion, but that relies on Bing indexes and those are often not up to date with the latest infromation. I hope to implement something like this soon, allowing for more robust searching etc, but it is a ways off.

  • Bump this old thread.

IMO, this feature is very important for me to view which thread I haven't marked answers. And it doesn't seems to be difficult to implement.

I wonder why it haven't been implemented now?

EDIT: Btw, I just retried and found the "meta tag trick" doesn't seems to work now. I can't find my posts using it.
