Hi, I purchased what I thought was a brand new legitimate box of Windows 7 Ultimate. I activated it no problem a few weeks ago but today I am blocked and was told online and also on the phone with an MS Rep, that the key is blocked. Can anyone confirm whether
my box is legit or not and whether I need to seek a refund? Thanks in advance.
