I have a user that is unable, on is desktop, to acess the CALL option. But if the user logs on another PC, it´s profile allows im to acess the call option. What can it be the problem? Is it on is outlook profile?
What happens if another similar user logins to the original workstation? Can they then place calls or are they also prevented from doing so?
