    I have had my hard drive crash.  I have a backup on a USB device.  How can I do a total backup of the drive?  The live one care will not boot the computer

    One Care only backs up data files, therefore it cannot restore your operating system or programs. You must first install Windows, install One Care, install programs, then restore data using your One Care backups.
