RAW support for Canon S100

  The raw files (CR2) from my new Canon S100 seem to load okay, but they combine to make a pano  smaller than any one of the originals.  The CR2s from my Canon T2i work just fine so I assume that it is the camera  itself that is not supported.  I would dearly love to not have to convert to .tif files first but will do so until it is not necessary.  I am open to other suggestions.
