  I would like to purchase the following Microsoft e-learning courses.
  
  Course 2434: Introduction to Development with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 $99.99
  Course 2436: Using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Tools and Web Services $99.99
  Course 2435: Managing Business Processes with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 $99.99
  Course 2158: Managing E-Business Solutions Using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 $99.99 
  
  The online payment method does not include INDIA in the country list.
  I would like to know if there are any partners in India whom I can contact and purchase the course.
  It would be nice if there is a provision for a downloadable version instead of getting shipped to home.
