    Keeps asking for a log on and password. How do I find my log on user name and password?

    Security Essentials has nothing to do with you logging on to your email.  If you do not know your user name and password, you will have to find it.

    If you have installed Security Essentials, make sure the Windows Firewall is on.  If using IE, reset all security zones to default level.

    Windows security is not "Security Essentials".
