I still have the keys and software but need to install on the replacements for the two laptops that were stolen. My oldests son's laptop is still okay but my other kids laptops were stolen.

Hello robyno,
The only edition of Office available to consumers that allows up to three legitimate installations would be Office Home and Student 2007. Is this the edition of Office that you have?
Regarding the stolen laptops, as the person who purchased (and who can provide proof of purchase) the software and has the physical materials sold with the software license (genuine hologrammed discs, packaging, Certificate of Authenticity, Proof of License sticker with Product Key, etc.), you remain the license holder for the software licenses you purchased. For retail packaged software, as long as you have the materials described, you have the license.
When you get the new laptops, just install your software normally, in acordance with the Software Licensing Terms that are presented to you upon installation. If you run into a problem doing the normal online activation, please choose the option to activate using the telephone.
There is a remote possibility that you may have to do more than the normal activation or possibly the telephonic activation, if for example, the thieves posted the Product Key for the software on the internet and now hundreds of people are using it. That's when having the retail materials will come in handy proving you are the legitimate license holder.
Please come back and let us know if you run into any sort of problem.
