Performance Toolkit 500 error RRS feed

  • Hi team,

    I am having trouble with the CRM Performance Toolkit (http://crmperftoolkit.codeplex.com) in that each time it makes a web service request, it fails with the following error 'error 500 Internal Server Error /<orgname>/<webservicename>.asmx does not exist'.

    I notice that I can successfully browse to the web service via http://<servername>/<orgname>/AppWebServices/<webservicename>.asmx but the performance toolkit is omitting the 'AppWebServices' part of the URL.

    Has anyone had any experience with this toolkit who maybe knows how to change or re-configure this?

  • So the problem turned out to be with the VSTestHost.exe.config file.

    My app settings were:

    <appSettings><add key="urlkey" value="crm://[YOUR WEB SERVER]"/></appSettings>

    And needed to be:

    <appSettings><add key="urlkey" value="crm://[YOUR WEB SERVER]/"/></appSettings>

    So there must be a / after the server name.
