3 minutes delay for Voice Mesages indicator in IP phones (Tanjay) comparing with MOC client

  Hi,
  
  We are having an issue where, when we leave a voice message in a MOC voice call, the email and MOC client arrive to the computer in a couple of seconds, but it takes 3 minutes to show in the Tanjay's indicator
  
  Then if we listen the voice message, it takes again 2 minutes or more to clear the ip phone's indicator, when in the computer it changes inmediatly
  
  is this a normal behaviour?
  
  is there a configuration that we can change in order to reduce this delay?
