Hi,
I bought a Home and Office 2013. I had the trial version for 1 month.
- Payed 119Euros at 2.53pm on 08.07.13.
- Got Key to input in my office to fully activate it
- Open excel file and input key
- Input key, get sent to a MSFT page with a Install button - press install. Sends me to new page
- New page says that I cannot use the key
- Now I go back to open my excel sheet (I have work to do)
- Wont open, gives me error.
- I call assistance (Milan). They have no clue. I get sent to another place, Portugal. They say that I need to remove the trial version. My laptop forbids me to remove it.
- They say that they will send me an email where they will provide me with a link on how to manually remove the trial version. The idea is that once removed I can install the new version.
- No email arrives
- So I call the US number. They have no clue, the will call me back
- No call
- Chat online with a technical assitant. Besides his silly questions, he has no clue
- Call Milan again, their technical department send me to their commercial department. They send me to their technical, they have again no idea on how to solve this issue.
- Total amount of time spent 2h 35min. Cost 119 Euro + 375Euro (my hourly fee) + 15Euros in call.
I have two options, either someone solves the issue or I will get it via torrent.
