windows validation problem RRS feed

  • i have a validation problem. i try to run validation, the first part goes fine then i am left staring at a white page. the problem is a clock sync error. the report is bellow and i dont know how to fix it. please help. my real email address is [redacted from view] and i cant make a new windows live id for some unknown reason that im not interested in fixing.

    Clock Sync Error - would indicate that either your PC is set to the wrong region, or your clock is wrong.
    Your Time Zone is set to GNT-7 (Mountsain Standard Time) - whereabouts are you, actually, and what is your real time zone?
    Is the clock right?
    Your problem actually seems to be with Office, rather than Windows (which is odd, since MS has stopped validation of Office anyhow!)

    PLEASE repost to your OWN NEW thread - with more details, and an MGADiag report.
    To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
    Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
    To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
