  • Hello tonyellson,

    Your mgadiag report is showing that your installation of a systembuilder/OEM license for XP Home is not yet activated.  An installation of XP has to be activated befoe the WGA Validation system can work.

    If you have not yet attempted to activate, please follow these instructions:  http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/307890

    If you are having trouble getting the Activation Wizard to start, please try these steps:

    Click Start, click Run, type oobe/msoobe /a, and then click OK.

    Note There is a space between msoobe and /a.
