How can i track emails automatically from second mailbox in CRM for Outlook 2011? RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Is there any way I can track emails automatically from a second mailbox in CRM for Outlook 2011 client? Currently i have to manually click the track button the track the incoming email and when I reply to the message it does not automatically track and i have to go into 'sent items' and click the track button to get it to track.

    Surely i missing some way of configuring this?

  • Hi Dave, CRM is only configured against your default mailbox. I have two mailboxes but I can only automatically track email messages and sync with one of my mailboxes.
