XP move from wimpy 20gb hard drive to BIG 300GB hard drive

  I am looking for a painles way to move my XP operating system and all the installed programs from its home on a 20gb drive to a 300gb drive I added as a slave to the 20gb drive

   

  any thoughts

   

  I have the XP sp2 home edition CD
