Dear ALL;
i upgraded the crm 4 to crm 2011 through import organnization thats gone thorugh but for some reason i cant not see the service,sales and marketin tabs on the site map
please help
When you access the CRM 2011 do you see these Areas like Service, sales etc.
Are you a system administrator as CRM security Role. ?
Are you creating a solution and adding site map and exporting it to check if these sections are missing?

Check your user's Access Mode and ensure it is set to Read-Write and not Administrative.
