Merge communicator install and patch?

  Hello,

  I understand it is possible to merge the communicator install file (.msi) and the recent update (.msp) files into one to make it easier to roll out.

   

  Can someone please explain how to do this as I am having trouble merging them.

   

  Also is there any way to merge live meeting into the install?
