I configured an email router for an online crm 2011 system. The problem is that the mails are read in the inbox even it wasn't read in crm or on the mobile client.
Can anyone help me what can cause this?

Do you have outlook client installed for your CRM user.
In that case, a possibility is that emails are set to automatic mark as read.
