Problems with my computer RRS feed

  • Question

  • Picked up some virus. Fixed it using AVG, Spybot,Adware and Windows antivirus.

My problem is that "MY Computer" does not list or show my C; drive D;drive etc so I can view the files in them.

I also can not find my windows explorer program. Furthermore when I move a window around the screen it seems to bounce, not a smooth movement like before. As you can probably already tell my knowledge of computers is limited.

Any advise as to what I can do to get my computer back to normal.

I ran a system restore prior to the time I got the virus with no change. I reloaded windows XP again but still no change.

I tried the windows tech support with no answer.

    I am now very frustrated

    Can anyone help?

Would "Windows antivirus" possibly be this rogue security program?
